The Kenora District Services Board needed a better financial management system and additional features to support their growth as they faced three main challenges:

Navigation

Navigating their existing system proved to be a cumbersome task for the Kenora District Services Board. Users frequently found themselves clicking through multiple layers or drilling down into various menus just to locate the information they needed. This inefficient process not only consumed valuable time but also led to frustration among users.
